Finding new ideas and subject matter

It just looks like a Promenade with some people but just last year I would never have chosen to underpaint in Raw Umber and then to go over again when dry with another underpainting in slightly warmer or cooler colours.  So it keeps the excitement going.

I just feel likeI have so far to go and so much to learn .

Getting the different characters that are forming in my repertoire to come to life is hard for me. Drawing helps,and then you have perspective. 

The characters also need to be spaced correctly. It just goes on ....
